By scheduling a moving service with Bryceville Movers, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. 3. Payment

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your moving date, but we require a notice of at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations or changes are made within 24 hours of the scheduled moving time, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss any changes to your moving date.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Packing and Preparation: You are responsible for packing and preparing your items for the move unless you opt for our packing services. Fragile or valuable items should be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the size of the move, number of items, location details, and any special requirements. Failure to disclose complete information may result in additional charges or delays.
• Access and Delivery: You are responsible for ensuring that proper access is available at both the pickup and delivery locations, including parking arrangements and clearance for large moving trucks.

6. Liability

• Damages to Property: Bryceville Movers takes great care in handling your belongings, but we are not responsible for damages that occur due to improperly packed items, pre-existing damage, or items that are not suitable for transport.
• Insurance: We provide basic insurance coverage for damage or loss during the move. Additional insurance may be available for high-value items upon request. It is your responsibility to assess the value of your belongings and decide if additional coverage is necessary.
• Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to maintain punctuality, Bryceville Movers is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or mechanical failures.

• Availability: Storage space availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
• Duration: The duration of storage will be outlined in your agreement, and storage fees are billed accordingly.
• Security: Bryceville Movers takes reasonable precautions to secure stored items, but we are not liable for loss or damage beyond the basic coverage provided, unless otherwise specified in an agreement.
• Access: You may not have immediate access to your stored items unless specified in the agreement. We will arrange access during business hours with prior notice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bryceville Movers harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms or your failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Termination of Services

Bryceville Movers reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• You fail to make required payments.
• There is behavior deemed unsafe, threatening, or disruptive during the move.
